1

Believe on Jesus

Jesus Christ is our Creator, and God incarnate.

Our sins, which manifest as guilt and shame, create a barrier between us and our holy God. Sin leads to death, and because rebellion to God is inherent to human nature, we cannot redeem ourselves to Him.

Jesus paid our sin debt for us by the blood of His cross. He came to Earth as the only begotten Son of God, born of a virgin, Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified, died, was buried, and rose again to life three days later, giving the divine assurance to everyone who trusts in Him justification so we can be with Him for eternity.

Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man's devising. Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead."
Acts 17:29-31

Receive forgiveness

God is trustworthy and faithful, and He cannot lie. In the Bible, the only book He has given us, He promises to make all things new—a world without sin or death, where God dwells with man. To partake in this glorious future, we must come to Him and accept Jesus' free gift of salvation.

True righteousness and immortality cannot be bought, earned, or achieved by our imperfect humanity; it can only be given by our Creator Himself.

When we confess and renounce our sins to God, we draw closer to Him, and He, in turn, draws closer to us. Choosing to trust in Jesus Christ as our personal Lord, Savior, and Redeemer, means turning away from sin so we can begin life anew, guided by Jesus in righteousness and peace.

If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 10:9

Wear Righteousness

When we receive Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, we die to ourself and are born again as a new creation in Christ. The Holy Spirit we receive at salvation empowers us to walk in truth, righteousness, and peace on the narrow path of life instead of the broad road of sin which leads to death.

God is patient with us, desiring that all should repent, come to know the truth, and be saved. However, Jesus also warned of a future time of great tribulation, when God's judgment will suddenly and unexpectedly come upon the world and those living in rebellion to Him.

Over 2,000 years ago, Jesus came to Earth to solve the problem of sin and death once and for all. Soon, He will return to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords, alongside His saints who have been cleansed by the blood of the Lamb. Will you accept His free gift of salvation today, so you can be ready to stand before Him?

And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
Revelation 22:17

Reserve your seat at the celebration

Reconciliation with God begins with communication. Through prayer, a personal relationship can be established so that we can not only grow in love and righteousness, we can know Jesus is preparing a place for us, and will receive us to Himself in God's timing. God responds to humility and a contrite heart, and He will meet you where you are at if you come to Him in faith. If you would like to respond to His invitation and be granted righteous garments for the marriage supper and eternity, you can try praying something like this to get started.

Lord Jesus,

I repent of all of my sins and surrender my life to you.

I believe you are the Son of God, and you died on the cross to pay for my sins. I believe you rose again to life and live forevermore, and I ask to receive the gift of eternal life because of the salvation you have won for me by your blood.

I want to follow you as my Lord and Saviour. Please forgive me of all my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Help me with my faith and help me to be the person you want me to be.

Thank you for your amazing love and grace!

In Jesus’ name,
Amen

Getting to know Jesus is a process that is different for everyone. Salvation isn't necessarily about a single prayer or following religious legalism; rather, it is a real, personal relationship with the one and only eternal Living God, consisting of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It is about knowing who you love and submit to - the truth in Jesus, or the lies of sin. It is recommended you read and study the Bible for yourself to get to know Him better. If you don't know where to start, you can read the Book of John to learn more about Jesus, Romans to learn more about the good news of salvation, or Genesis to learn where human history all began. May the Lord bless you, keep you, and give you peace.
