But it doesn’t matter who we are or where we come from, we all know death is a problem that needs a solution.
From ancient past to present day, kings and leaders have strived and died trying to find the 'secret' to living forever.
The reality is, the solution to overcome death is not in us.
It is only found in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Sin is the cause of all the suffering, evil, and death in this world. Despite our best intentions, we often make bad choices that hurt others, hurt ourselves, and hurt God, separating us from Him.
Without God's guidance, we lose sight of our purpose, which is to know Him. We end up chasing things to fill the void, leading to denial and a life ruled by fear.
Only true love can break sin's curse.
God is love, and because He loves us, Jesus willingly laid down His life on the cross almost 2,000 years ago to pay the debt for our sins once for all. He was buried and rose to life three days later, proving His authority over life and death.
By the blood He shed for us, everyone who repents of their sin and trusts in Jesus Christ receives God's free gift of eternal life- given to us out of love and not of our own merit or status.

I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed.
For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” “O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?”
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Everything in this world is fleeting, but our redemption paid for by Jesus’ blood is eternal if we choose to trust and follow Him wholeheartedly.
Only Jesus, who is the embodiment of love, can redeem us and give us the right to be a child of God as our kinsman redeemer and sole mediator to our Heavenly Father.
Only Jesus, the Living God, has the power and authority to cleanse us from our sins and make us perfect in Christ so we can live in eternity with Him.
Only Jesus, the Author of Life, knows every facet of your life and can forgive you of your sins so you can live a life based on love, which forgives and keeps no record of wrongs, instead of fear.
Only Jesus, who is the Word of Truth and one with the Father and Holy Spirit as the only eternal God, can make us new because of His great love for us.
So, who do you want to trust your life and eternal destiny to: yourself, or the Lord God Almighty?
Believing on Jesus simply means renouncing sin and cultivating a real, personal relationship with the Lord, who is triune in nature: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. To walk the path of righteousness and be able to stand before Jesus, who is also our judge, we must be born again spiritually and receive the power of the Holy Spirit to overcome sin. Through a right relationship with Him, we can discover our purpose and rest in God's love, who is faithful and true.
God may feel far away, but He is in fact only a breath away. If you would like to accept salvation and walk in faith, hope, and love, you can try praying something like this to get started.
Dear God in Heaven,
Thank you for my life, and upholding me even when I’ve hurt You and others.
I am sorry for my sins, and I ask for Your forgiveness and mercy. I know I don’t have the answers to everything and I need Your help to understand the truth. I want to know Your love, and I want to have eternal hope. I want to find my purpose in You.
I trust in Jesus as my Lord and Saviour and I give my life over to You so I can be made new. Please allow me into Your kingdom and help me to follow the way of righteousness instead of my sins. Thank You for Your amazing grace and love!
In Jesus' name,
Amen
